Vegetable noodle soup can be served at the beginning of the meal or at your own breakfast because there are some veggies and noodles too . While vegetables like cabbage and capsicum contribute to their sour taste and soya sauce makes it slightly more stimulant . To make more punch in this bowl , work together with pepper like soy sauce , vinegar and chilli sauce . You can chew on some Chinese beginners with this Veg noodle soup.
Vegetable Noodle Soup | Vegetarian Noodle Soup Recipe By All India recipe
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- onions - 1/2 cup
- carrots - 1/4 cup
- brocoli - 1/2 cup
- Cabbage and cualiflower - 1/2 cup
- french beans - 1 tbsp
- green chili - 2 no
- cup green peas - 1/4 cup
- cloves of garlic - 4 cloves
- Babycorn - 1/4 cup
- red, yellow and green capsicum - 1 cup
- spring onion - 1 tbsp
- ginger - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1¼ tsp.
- black paper Noodles as reqired - 1/4 tbsp
In a large pan heat the oil over medium heat Add the onions, garlic, ginger paste and green chili. Saute it for while and after that add cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, french beans, all type of capiscum, babycorn, and brocoli.
After sauting all for 5 minutes add green peas, fresh coriander seeds and salt and cover it with lead cook it till it become soft.
After that add water, noodles, and black paper and water comes to boil
Now add spring Onion and remove it soup bowl serve it hot with any bread.
