Sev Khamani Recipe | How to make Sev Khamni | Recipe in Hindi
- chana dal - 250 grams
- oil - 4 tbsp
- crush ginger - 1 tbsp
- green chillies - 5 to 10
- Garlic - 2 1tbsp
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- turmeric powder (haldi) - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- mustered seeds - 1 tsp
First soak 250 grams chana dal for 6 hours in water. Drain the water after that and grind it to coarse. Make sure that the dal is not crushed very fine.\
Heat oil in in the pan (Non-stick pan) add pinch of asafetida stir 2-3 seconds then add musterd seeds when it crackle add chana dal.
Stir chana dal mixture till 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. After that add turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, salt, chili paste, sugar and mix well.
After 5 to 6 minutes saute add lemon juice and pomegranate seeds and mixx well.
Now serve sev khamni on plate garnish it with corander leaves, pomegrante seeds and lot of namekeen sev.
